Fixing Up the Car

I was considering fixing up my 99 Olds Alero this past week. I would utlimately like to put a body kit on it, spoiler, lower it, change my exhaust tail pipe, and actually do some engine work, but I want to know of some places or people online, or in the Jacksonville area, that would be able to sell some good QUALITY stuff. I am really looking for variety on the body kits, not the full thing but to kind of mix and match to my taste. Do you guys know of anything?

I know of PFYC.com and Aleromod.something.
That's about all I know; sorry.

Try AED central. I have a 00 Alero with the full kit and dropped 2" ,with 18" Kaisers. Sharp kit and heavy fiberglass. Good luck.

Did you have any issues with the AED kit? I've talked to a few people that have it and they hated the install of it.

Howdy!, The only issue I had with the install was that I have a 4 door, and I had to make some changes on the rockers to make them fit around the back doors. Also had to hammer the bottom corners of the back doors out so they would clear the rockers. The problem was that they tried to use the same rockers as they did for the Grand Am, and they don't fit the same. So the rockers are the pain. The front and rear went on fairly easy. If You have a 2 door it may be alot easier. You won't have the back doors to deal with. I also thought the kit was made well compared to other fiberglass kits I have seen. Some I've seen look like they would come apart under normal driving conditions. Mine has taken a beating recently. When you drop it and put lowering springs on it you tend to forget about the clearances , but the only bad damage was done when I hit a deer , and still only lost about a 1 ft. chunk in the front. So I'm getting ready to take it apart and make a repair. It's been bumped on alot of things with just minor damage. I saw another kit on ebay that didn't look too bad ,and I think it was made from poly. similar to factory stuff. Anyway good luck with it whatever you do.Any other questions feel free to ask.
