Exterior Lights Question

I have a '04 Civic Coupe and I was wondering what is the best brand/style of euro tail lights. Also the best headlight bulbs. I want some of the bright white/blue color. Any help would be appreciated.

Can someone please help?

1. Don't get euros. Your car will never be taken seriously.
2. Blue headlights are illegal in most areas, but you can buy those bulbs at any parts store.
