you have to be more specific. B18A or B, b18c1, b18c5.

depends on too many conditions, just take it to the track and find out.

Im thinking if it had V-TECH or is that V-TECK hmm not sure you will hit around 12.876301 sec in the 1/4 mile. But really it depends on about 1000 things.
Temp outside, person driving, slicks no slicks, elevation, tranny, weight of car and driver, if the track is oily or dry, if the motor is set up right, what ecu you are using, stock air box or not, stock header(as apposed to headers which would only come on opposing cylinders. which our car dont have), are you getting the point toooooooo many things to make this change ALOT. So go to the track and find out.

or the simple answer is a stock si should run anywhere from a low to mid 16 second run depening on driving...

ya know not every one happens to have a track located in their area...

It CAN run anywhere from low-mid 16's but it can also go higher...such as 17's and 18's. A big part is the condition of the tires, tranny, engine, temperature, track, etc. Too many variables to know exactly, just like Chris said.
