stereo help

I'm attempting to install a system in a '97 528i and I was wondering if anybody can give me any tips? The car already has a 6 disc changer in there that I would like to remove. Are there any trouble spots to watch for when removing the cd player and such? How hard are the speakers to get to? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I haven't worked on any BMW's till this one.

You have to take off the door pannel to take out the door speakers. They really arnt that hard if you have the knoledge of what your doing. Just take your time and follow directions becasue Im sure your have to cut some wires and hook up a new wiring harness from your car to the radio.
