2001 suburban alignment/suspension

Following tire rotation truck started pulling to the left. 48K miles and 7 rotations prior and this hasn't been a problem. Could I have messed up the alignment putting the truck on the lift? Also, left front body appears to be lower than right and tire/wheel well clearance confirms left side 1/2-3/4" lower. What do I do?
