FTP Servers - Windows

Hi All,
I'm looking to install a fast, secure and free FTP server on my work server so employees can transfer files to home to work on. We are using a VNC implementation at the moment for remote control. Can anyone recommend any positive experiences they have had with windows based FTP servers? Would be even better if they combined HTTP and/or Mail Server functionalities, but not essential.
