for you to ask this question seriously you must be very very new to cars.
intake
exhaust
downpipe
flywheel
and much more. depending on the money, sky's the limit

How much are you looking to spend.
Basic bolt-ons (intake, downpipe, exhaust) are cheap
turbo/vr4 engine/supercharger are gonna be a few grand
but there are plenty of things you can do.

woah there buddy. first of all, i ment it in a nice way, i was half joking but i did not mean this in a rude way or anything so no need to get all angry.
secondly, a lot of people acctually do a vr-4 engine swap and it is not really all THAT hard/expensive really. i think you can get a used vr-4 engine for like $2000 or something like that. i think that is what a lot of the japonese ones were going for. the hard (and potentially pricy) part is doing the swap. but if you find a local 3S car club member who has the tools and the knowledge, it could be free or the price of you buying them a meal or something. so now 320 hp for $2000 compared to $2343 for intake, exhaust, plugs, wires, cam gears, and a pully to get 275 hp (source: http://www.dynamicracing1.com/customer/home.php?cat=48) does not really sound that bad huh? plus you would get all the cool turbo and intercooler sounds lol.
if you want to find some local people who could help you with this try http://www.3sny.com/ and i am sure if you are just respectful and nice to the people who know more about these cars then you do i am sure they would be more than happy to help. i would offer myself but you are kinda far away. anyway, i hope this helps.
oh, also i think you might need the ecu so maybe another $200 for that but still not that much.

oh, also, if you want cheap parts, try www.3si.org and look in the for sale section for someone who is parting out a car. there is tons of deals to be had there.

Depends on your age, driving history, and about 20 other factors. It could range from 100-500 a month. Try using the "search"feature for common questions like these, as they are addressed almost every week, you can usually find the answers you are looking for alot quicker rather than reposting the question and waiting for us all to answer. Plus I don't like to repeat myself if at all possible.
