paint stripper/thinner

are they the same thing?

and also i need help my initial D trueno paint is stuffed up, and i would like to know of any type of paint stripper will strip the paint without doing any irreversable damage.

and one last thing, is there a model of a TRD JZX100 chaser?

brake fluid for striping paint (every gas station, DOT4 is cheaper, i think there is procedure in FAQ), thinner will only work on fresh paint but not for older one, only use it to thin paint.
