sr5 motor swap

this guy has a 1987 sr5 coupe with 120,000 miles on it and he is saleing it for 600. the car will be for my girl and i would like to know if a 1989 mr2 non s/c motor would bolt in with a gts trans aswell as the gts lsd rear end and drive shaft. i would like to run side draft carbs. what do i need to do this swap. pls help

I'm pretty sure the mr2 engine (4a-ge) will bolt strieght in. I think your ok with the gts trans and drive as well but it might be ok to keep the stock trans and drive because they may be simular or the same. The 4a-ge is fuel injected so I don't know about running carbs. for more info check club4ag.org. Hope this helps...
