lights not working...

ok my headlights are not working, high beams work though.... i checked the fuses, they seemed fine. the driver side headlights actually worked when hit it.. and then after a while it did not.. together with my brake lights! and the turn signals! its a 95 accord lx. i just had the battery replaced too.

now im regretting i should've traded it in when i had the chance...

any help is appreciated, thanks.

i also should probably mention that my shifter is stuck in the parking position. i think its related to the electrical problem?

have you checked them w/ a multimeter?
