off topic but why does everything seem to go wrong when the warranties go out. or this seems like it always happens, someone buys a used car and runs great for the first few months and then they always have to end up fixing something. damn gm is good with timing breakdowns.

Murphy's Law: If it can go wrong, it will, usually at the least opportune time. Same reason when something does go wrong with your car, YOU are usually the only one who hears/sees/feels it. Like when the MAF went out on my '97. My dad took it, put it on Tech2, read the code, checked the MAF and there was a crack in it. He thought he fixed it, drove the car home, drove it to the store, no problems. As soon as I started it, however, the SES light was on again. Did this three or four times until my dad gave up and took the MAF off of my totalled '97 Bonneville SSE and put it on my GTP.
