Chad, what the hell is going on? This isnt time to goof off. We are seriously having some problems with AF that are being worked out, for further info visit Car Modeling.

LOLOL Bonz!!
Al your stuff is tight as always.
I'd love to see you drop in some more background detail like cones or some of that cool landscape stuff like they have at Watkins Glenn.
I talk a lot about line because I feel my own line quality lacks direction, and when I see your sketches I'm able to give myself a great reference point. Your line flows from point to point and exhibits a confidence that is rarely seen in this genre.
My hat's off and spinning...you're a bad a*s.

This forum would be a bit boring without spaz outs..
Whats going on? is it a crisis or something?
The sketch is sooo clean, my god..

more coherently, al, that is spot-on. you are very good at what you do here.

al, one crit: the roadway to rear does not quite flow properly into the ground plane of the car. if you project the arcs to the foreground planes, it is a bit of a stretch to ask the viewer to buy.
but that can be easily fixed. the crit is not even about the car!

oh. car crit: (wee bit)- mirrors and headlamps a bit mismatching, but they're pretty much on the same planes. this is easily corrected, too. pick one side and match the other side to the one you pick (hint: flat or curved headlamp tops? take your pick).
i know this is a fast sketch. so the crits ain't no biggie.
this drawing rocks. the surf is gnarly today. you made a rip curl. any takers? --you raised the bar again.
i think you're alone out there today.

It takes me a while to do this, about 1.5 hrs on this.
I may never get any quicker this is my 11th sketch and the times take about the same, some 2 hrs.
I really like doing them it is a nice break from them more real peices.
The car is about 13 in. long
-------------
Bonz I see what you mean about the ground and head lamps.
I did have problems w/ the mirrors and the gills on the side (big ones).
I know I get on people about always looking at the ref. I struggle too w/ forgetting to look back esp. as the drawing comes to a close. I get excited I guess.
You are right about the moony, it needs some reflections to be a moony, I was just being funny, or trying to be funny :icon16:
They are really just unfinished rims.
------------
Cool, Lemorris you just sparked some creativity. I almays hit cones in Grand Tourismo 3 (PS2 game). I think my next sketch will have some cones flying like the driver went trough a few....hee hee that will be pretty cool and it will add tons of action and movement in the work, thx amigo. :iceslolan I will add some trees and side markers and such.
-----------------
Thx everyone for peeping it. :)

nice sketch al!, and i'm sure you'll improve your time eventually. I shaved off around 5 hours of time, and improved my drawings(i think) over the past six months!
