Super vs Turbo???

What is everyones opinion on turbo vs super on an 04 s-type? Generally turbo gives more high end power and super gives more low end right? Why would anyone put revhard or any other turbo instead of a jacksons sc, cuz when this car hits vtec, its gone anyway?? thanks

A supercharged fwd 4 will suffer from massive tire spin due to that low end. The turbo will probably still beat you off the line as a result and hit harder in the upper rpm range, as you said. Also, easier to tune around the turbo. Overall a better choice for a small displacement 4. There's a reason most every factory forced induction 4 cylinder import is turboed and not supercharged...

Go to ClubRSX and search the Vs. forum for Supercharger VS. Turbo or something like that.

Supercharge is easier, more reliable, provides low end power but the turbo is much more upgradeable and even the stage 1's will beat the supercharger.
