I Currently Own A 91 Buick Skylark, 3.3 V6, And I Need My Harmonic Balancer Replaced. I Can't Get The Bolt Off For Nothing, And I Have Had Several People Tell Me That The Threads Are Reversed. Is There Anybody That Can Tell Me Which Way To Loosen It??!!

You need a Harmonic balencer puller to take it off.

I just looked it up in my haynes manual and it doesn't indicate that it's reverse threaded. It does say to use a breaker bar to loosen it as it's very tight and to place a screwdriver in the ring gear teeth to keep the crankshaft from turning while you use the breaker bar. It also says to remove the balancer/pulley as a single unit by hand. You might consider spraying it with wd40 or another lubricant to help break it free. If you can't get the breaker bar to get it loose try using a pipe over it to give you additional leverage and be careful. Make sure that you grease the back of the new balancer before installing it. This is all on page 2E-7 of the haynes manual for the skylark.
