2000 Neon No Start Problem

There is only one small click when I turn the key. Battery is reading 12V on multi meter. Lights come on, annoying dining dings, Radio does not come on.

Is there something electrical I am missing? I would have automatically assumed the starter, but the radio not working is throwing me off that Idea.

Does anyone have any Idea what it might be? I bought this car new, and really haven't had to do anything to it, so I don't know it too well.

I had a similar problem with my 2K Neon. My car would not start at first, but after a few tries it eventually turned on. It ended up being the starter coil... the brushes were worn. Now as far as the radio not working, Im not a pro or anything but I would start by checking the fuses. If its a new car and you have a warranty left on it then take it to the dealer.
