I have a 2000 prelude and I want to lower it about 1 1/2 inches. What is the maximum I can lower the car without needing a camber kit or a new set of tires in 2 months? I heard anything less than 2 inches and I should be fine. Any suggestions?

ive herd differently, Im gonna lower my car about 1.5 inches all around with Tien S-techs and from what i've herd you need to get a camber kit. Someone said that 1.5 was the max you can do w/o a camber kit of course im not to sure. I suggest you just drop it and get it allinged and get a printout on what your camber was before and after the drop

no matter if you drop it 1 inch, 2,3. it will always knock your camber out, and lude's do not have a very large window. 1-1.5 will knock it out less, so you'll just F up your tires a little slower. my suggestion is do it right... or don't do it at all.

I just lowered mine with eibach prokit about 1.2" drop and i bought the camber kit for it as well. well, after installing it, my toe was off on my back tires, and i went to get it aligned today and the toe and camber were off, they fixed the camber with my kit but my toe is still off. I guess either way lowering it is going to set off something because its not as it was at factory conditions. By the way its a 92 lude.
