95 s-10 2.2l

Hey i am new to this car and i was wondering what simple things could i get for my 95 4cyl s-10 to boost up the power a littel. I have a k&n on it but its not the cone. Also where could i find these parts at.

When i shift into reverse it makes a bad griding sound can u help me there.

And where would be there best place in california to get electric everything and new interior and a paint job?

im guessing that you only have a k&n filter and not the whole intake. i would get the whole intake, a cat back exhaust, maybe even a high flow cat, those are the first things i would do, but thats just me, everyone thinks different and has different likes and dislikes, but as far as where to go in cali... you could probably go just about anywhere, there are tons of shops around...
