1994 E-150 Conversion

Anyone know how big of a project it is to replace a oil pan on one of these vans. Mine is rusted, and leaking. Local garage said 7- hours?

I took mine off to clean the oil pan and change the oil pump pickup. Had to remove the top of the intake manifold to get clearance to jack up the engine enough to let the oil pan clear the pump and the crossmember. If I remember correctly, I had to take the oil pump off with the pan in place.
