I don't know, what one were you talking about?
There are a lot of different types of putty you can use for model building.

You actually can do something with the Squadron Green ? It dry too quickly and never get me a smooth surface.

Yes, but I only use it for filling small areas and things like pin marks from molding and the like, it's not that great for larger areas.
For body kits, it's good for final smoothing, otherwise epoxy or similar is better.

right now im in the process of making a widebody tamiya 180sx.. im still on the body work after working on it for half a year off and on... but i used/ am using tamiya epoxy putty for the majority, and just i think it's tamiya basic putty, or just the regular tamya putty for all my other work... it's turning out ok, it's just i never work on it.. hopefully it will be pretty sweet when im done...

Vric is quite right, there is a section in the FAQ on this, you could also do a forum search and find a lot of info on different putties.
I do believe, however, your question has been answered in this thread :)

This may be a bit wierd but I often use 'plastic padding'.
Over here it can be quite difficult to get Tamiya etc except for mail order which can take some time. So along side my Tamiya putty I always have 2 types of 'Plastic Padding' around.
For those unfamiliar with the name it's basically 2 part auto filler. The types I use are the normal auto filler, greeny colour when used but more often the leak repair variety, black when mixed, vary fast drying so I use about half the recommended hardener, very strong and easy to sand and work with. It is also friendly to the plastic, ever noticed how a thick area of Tamiya can damage the model and not dry very well in the middle? No such problems with this stuff. Also, as with my last Supra, I sometimes use different materials in the build such as styrene, sheet aluminium (nice sharp edge around arches etc) etc. This stuff sticks well to all of it.
I LOVE IT!!
