Shifting problem, 93 Accord LX

Can anybody tell me what's problem with my when I shift it from Reverse to D4, D4 to Reverse, or what ever I put it from any shift it will make a sudden movement(a little shake back and fort once).

Any help will be appreciated...

Are the RPMs higher than, say 700 at the time? That'd do what you describe
