91 Ranger wont start, Please help!

My 91 ford ranger wont start, ive replaced the neutral safetry switch, starter, alternator, solenoid, ground wires, ground contacts. Ive ran out of possibilities, The lights work, and when i turn the key over it just clicks at the solenoid and the starter, the starter does not actually make the turning noise. Can someone help me, Im about to junk this thing.

Have you checked the battery. Mine went out instantly. It didn,t have enough amps to crank it, just clicked. Good Luck
