Don't mean to piss anyone off, but lowering a vehicle should be left to the honda's a foriegn crap like that, trucks should be lifted w/huge swampers underneath!!!
just my 2 cents

The Hypertech actually helps quite a bit with power. Gas milage stayed the same. I can't run the 92 octane setting though, becuase it pings too much. I have to run 92 octane fuel on the 88 Octane setting. I don't think its a Hypertech problem though... I think it is something else.

couldn't u keep it and charge people for using it...like $50 per use...or do u actually have to keep it hooked up in ur truck?

I was under the assumption that it stays hooked up to the truck, Im sure the programmer companys thought about that when designing them to make sure they dont lose out on the Product Sales.

No when you plug the programmer into the obd port on the truck it identifies you're vehicle by VIN number, it also downloads and saves the factory settings, after the download it uploads the hypertech programming to the BCM. You cant install the programming on another vehicle while the hypertech programming is installed on another vehicle. You can use it on another vehicle once the factory settings are loaded back into the original vehicle. I already tried it anyway and it said the vins didn't match. So I bought a new one for my truck, thats why you have to be careful buying them used.

That makes more sense, Im still trying to decide whether to buy one or not. Thanks for clearing that up.
