Some fuckwit just scraped all the way along the side of my car whilst it was parked out the front of a clients office! Fucking blue paint 1/2 way up the right hand side! No note, no nothing!!

Sorry to hear about that Oz! Is it just the paint that is scratched, or is the metal scored? Will your insurance cover it?

This shit happens.....some butthole hit my wife's car last week.....when she was driving......and just drove off.
Its the second time that's happened. The first time, my poor wife was too surprised to give chase and they got away. This time, she did as I advised, chase them down and lean on the horn until they stop. It was a middle aged lady who claimed she didn't notice any collision (yeah, right), then 10 sec later agreed to pay cash for the damage....hmmm.....

Find the blue car with a big white rub mark up the side of it? Is it into the body itself? Or is it paint If you only?

If it is a common parking area, I would scout it a few times a day looking for a car with like damage.

If you find him, offer to paint the rest of his car white. AFTER you have painted it with a roller, that is.

True. I trust my wife with some discretion ("report the nice man with the tattoos to the police dear") but blue haired geezettes are fair game.

It's mainly paint, with a little but of scoring back to bare metal uinderneath. Insurance won't cover it. It could be anyone - very high traffic area. I suspect is was a large 4WD though, from the height, etc. :( :mad:
