Duplicolor is an automotive paint, they make their own primer which you can use with it and will be safe to use on your model.
Try Walmart or any auto parts store.

is it good quality?
Yes its good quality and it is also alot more cost efficient than Tamiya paints. You get more paint for your money.

Pretty sure you won't find it at Walmart , going to have to go to Autozone or Checker or some other Auto parts store

my local walmart carries duplicolor, not much of a selection, for that i got to my local Auto Zone, they have a much larger selection...
Also, I use the cheap ($0.94 per can) generic walmart primer, I find it very smooth and works well with duplicolor...

Saving money for lower quality isn't
be sure to test everything before putting it to a model.. Nothing more furstrating than 4 hours of sanding...
