Episode 3&4

Saw episodes 3 and 4. The third episode was a little disapointing considering that there was no racing. Episode 4 was really tight though. They might actually show the uphill race this time.

i don't think so. they didn't show it last time. i wish they'd show k.t. race too. i just hope they race in the DAYLIGHT soon. i find it really lame that they only race at night. i mean, yeah traffic dies down at night but on happougahara the road wasn't completed so they could've done in the day. but the 9,000 k rev thing was really cool.

They should show the race with Keisuke vs Smiley because it's a major race in the series. The race between Atsorou wasn't really that major because Keisuke beat Atsorou easily but that's kind of disappointing that they still didn't show it.

If they plan to show an Atsorou race, it better be added as a special race in like another "Initial D: Battle Stage" special episode. I love watching race recaps in Battle Stage.

And the mountain "Project D" raced Daiki and Smiley is on Mt. Enna...the race on Happougahara next is against Tachi (aka Tomo).

I'm pretty sure that they will show the Turbo DC2 vs the FD3s.Why, mainly because it was starting just like the EK9 vs AE86 race.It split the screen in half and the music was playing a good part in it.I would love to see that race and hope they air it is episode 5 followed by Toudu vs Takumi in the Demo EK9 after in episode 6.

The best episode guide i could only think of would be the manga book itself to how true AVEX stays in producing the series. Most of episode 03 and 04 came straight from the manga book story page by page (though there were some minor changes).

4th Stage is 14 episodes long, but in other forums i've been to they say 4th Stage will end with Bunta vs Takumi which is in manga volume 22. What i mean is, 4th Stage is all about the Tochigi arc of the series and doesn't go to the Saitama arc.

Of course that doesn't make sense to me much why Atsorou's race was removed because there is plenty of time to see his race if there is 14 episodes and the rumors do say that it ends with the Bunta vs Takumi Nightmare race. But i still don't see a reason to remove Smiley's race since it's still a really good race.

I'd say don't let your doubts fool you that Smiley's race would get cut out. We won't know until august anyway.

When you say you're guessing that Bunta wins, does that mean you never read the manga (from up to the part where Takumi races against Bunta i mean)?

he probably hasn't.Alot of people here haven't read the japanese manga as it is sometimes hard to find good scanlations.

i don't think it will end at the GC8 vs AE86 race.It's not even a real race.Just that takumi is driving an the GC8 tags along at night.Takumi tries to lose him but can't.Then gets passed an he starts to hate 4wd cars.Takumi doesn't even know who is driving the car until later when Bunta tells him he will begin driving the GC8 every other night for the delivery.

That's also what i think actually, but in another Initial-D forum i go to that is the rumor that is said that the last one is the Bunta vs Takumi.

My theory of 4th Stage is actually, it's more than 14 episodes. It's like somewhere like a 26 episode series or something but only so far 14 episodes are posted up in the website and will be updated with other release dates for future episodes.
Unless 4th Stage ends at 14 episodes, that kind of disappoints me.

Besides before the website had only 12 episodes posted but then it was changed to 14 episodes. But that's just my theory.

4th stage is the 4th season so it won't have anymore episodes.If it goes over a year, then the next season would start so they couldn't extend it anymore then it is unless they start releasing episodes every month(would be sweet)

The WRX actually is really close from where the anime is.After this comming race with Toudu in the demo car(fukin bird, if u've read the manga u kno wut i'm talking about)

Then sligthy after that the GC8 comes into play.And the next episode will feature the EK-9 vs 86 so i don't think it will end with takumi vs bunta.

that's why i think they are skipping battles. but the introduction i downloaded for version 3 shows bunta and takumi racing on akina. bunta passes him on the last straight... i also have read "rumors" of a battle against takumi and bunta. it sounds like a good way to end fourth stage. they always end it with something big.

Well i'm thinking how it fits in but it sounds weird to end right where the Altezza is. How they will put it up should end around after the rain races with the you-know-what cars they race in the rain. 4th Stage doesn't have to go up to those Yakuza wannabe jerks anyway. If it should end with the Bunta vs Takumi, it should be around when Takumi and Wataru have a talk about 4WD cars. But then again that builds up to the next race after the rain race. >_< ahhh, how exactly will 4th Stage end, cuz it could take out another race or just not take out another race.

I wonder if they'll take out fat boy and his buddy from Tokyo race, when Itsuki gets his turbo.

it doesn't follow the manga storyline as far as races i thought? i thought they re-arranged the races so they better fit the story. it'd make sense to end with bunta and takumi but thats just my opinion i guess.
