Parts Request

Hi all.

New to the forum.

Is it alright to ask for the replaced parts from a Certified GM dealer and if so do they have to give them to you?

If you pay to have a part replaced, you are entitled to old part unless there is a core charge...

If it's under warranty they can't give it back to you. Only on replaced parts you pay for like Bill V said.
