94 Altima

Hello I have a crazy one here I have a 94 altima 4 door after it sit in the hot Fla sun for 2 to 3 hours it want to start off in third gear when you put it in drive . I place the ecm and service the trans and if you get in the shade for 1 to 1.5 hours it works just fine any help would be great thanks .

PS when you start it up and its been setting all nite it work just fine
its only when something gets hot from sitting in the sun not after driving it .Also I notice the torque converter fills like it locked up if the O/D light is on it will go off when it starts acting up seem like it electrical
with the trans.

I used to have an infiniti qx4 i took it in the ice and kept doin donuts in it, as a safty feature, i think, it put it self in third gear and would not come out unless the car was turned off and turned back on again if problems persist i think u should jus use the manual 1 and 2 to start out with then shift it into drive or think about another tranny, my manual was 450 from this one junk yard not sure about an automatic but good luck
