91 Formula electrical problems

Hello: I bought my son a 91 formula for his 18th b-day. I tried to put in a new electric switch in the console for his side mirrors. In the pocess of removing the old one I thought I blew the fuse. After cutting the black wire I saw a small puff of smoke. I knew that couldn't be good. After installing the new switch I noticed not only did the switch not work, but his power hatch and power door locks didn't either. I didn't get an owners manual with the car, but I am buying one online. I'm not sure exactly which fuse I need to pull and change. I mean I hope it's just a fuse. Any ideas that you guys could give me would be great. If somone has this year car with a manual, could you check the fuse panel diagram and help me locate the culprit. This car has PW,PL,Pmirrors and the power hatch. No defrost. It also has the 305 motor in it. If anyone has an idea of what it maybe other than a fuse that would be helpful. I'm willing to try anything other than the dealer. Thanks for your time .
