Dodge?

Hi,

Looking for information for a customer of mine. I do custom decals/graphics for vehicles and have been asked to recreate the dodge lettering on the back of a 61-73 era pickup truck. My question is, has dodge changed their font between that time and now? Can I use the current dodge font and assume that it will match? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I would like to give my customer the correct information before I commit to the project.

The font has changed a few times since then. I kind of think this is the kind you're looking for, but I'm not sure. I have a Dodge emblem from my grandfather's old 1968 Dodge Fargo, Canadian built, and it has a different looking emblem. I have it hanging on my wall, it's about a foot long...

that's similar... I'm still trying to find out what the font name is. Any info would be great.

Hemihead 426 is the name of this font (similiar to Fiero font).

this is the back of my truck, it is a 1978 and all the pin strips and decals are NOS.....so.....if bleeddodge is saying the font in his pic in from a '63 then the year your looking for must be the same.
