My '97 Sonoma's right exterior door handle is loose, i am guessing that I need to get at it from the inside, am I looking for a bolt to tighten and how do I get the door panel off w/o breaking anything? B.T.W. will power windows/locks pose a challenge?

the bolt is on the outside
