Rotating Dizzy?

Ok, so to advance the timing on my car i need to rotate the dizzy right? well i'm looking at the dizzy and I don't understand how i'm suppose to "rotate" it. If someone could shed some light on this it would be great. thanks

Undo the 3 bolts that hold in it enough so that you can turn the distributor.
