The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done. - George Carlin

"PVC isn't flammable last I checked." get it hot enough and it will burn, its plastic, Polyvinylechorate trust me former pyro, besides most plastics desolve in gasoline

I take comfort in the knowledge that your obituary will be nowhere near as humorous as mine.

he pumps air into the tube with the alcohol, so combined O2 and alcohol are moving through the hose and out the gun....whats keeping the flame from running into the gun and into the tank and exploding? Unless he's got some type of no-return inline valve somewhere.

Still fucking awesome

 A voice of reason! exactly why a supersoaker should never be used with flammable liquids!

People... Ever notice (in the states, at least) how trash cans in schools are damn near always metal? It's because it's illegal to have plastic ones... BECAUSE PLASTIC FUELS A FIRE. I can't promise it's true in other states, but I KNOW it's true in PA.

Plastic trash cans aren't illegal in CA. There are plenty of them in my old high school.

He's using alcohol, not gasoline.

^ lol. Imagine drivebys with those flamethrowers, massive casualties. But yea, that flamethrower is pointless. Once you made it, what are you going to do with it? Burn a fellow squrrel? burn your house down?? Once you fire that and a neighbor sees you, you can bet the police are going to confiscate it and ticket you.

Cool device yes, I was a former pyro, but all that time and effort in something you can't really use. Unless you got a bunch of iraqi militants invading your house, it's not going to be much use.

^ So then they burn down your house when they stop, drop, and roll on your carpet.
