Pics of where I found the keypad code on my 97 taurus

Here is where I found my keypad code on my 97 taurus 3.0 dohc VIN S
The pic is from the drivers side floor above the accelerator and brake pedals. It was on a white sticker on the right side of the gray computer circled in pic. I had to get a flashlight and tilt it to the left to read it.

Thanks for posting the pics. When I called my dealer about my '98 Taurus wagon (which I've had for almost a year and never known the code) they told me the module was in the rear of the vehicle near the spare tire. Pulling off the panel, and removing the tire yielded nothing, so I decided to do an internet search. After a few mins, I found your post. Your pics matched my setup exactly, and I had the code in a matter of minutes. I might add that I had to push the module to one side about 3/4 - 1" to be able to read the code. Thanks alot. Pics speak so much better than words alone.

I'm glad it helped you out, that's exactly why I posted it. I also tried to find it in all of the other places with no luck. Needless to say I was pretty happy to find it. I had to push it over also to read it.
