operating temp?

I have a 91' with 4.3, 5 spd with A/C. My question is what is the normal operating tempurature when the A/C is running. Normally it runs about 195-210( A/C off), when turned on it has a tendancy to climb close to 230+. I have replaced the w/p, and thermostat(195).

replace the temp sensor its self thats is a lil high...

iF it was my truck I would put a new fan clutch on it.
