What's under the hood of a 1991 Accord EX (MANUAL) - and is it possible to swap that engine and tranny into my 1994 LX Civic (AUTO)?

F22A4 2.2 16V SOHC PGM-FI 2156 130hp@5200rpm 140tq@4000rpm
i dont think it b worth swaping i mean a zc motor puts out as much power but this one gets pretty good torque but its sohc,
