A/C help? Ford part #'s

I've been fussing with my A/C.I tried to
see if it has power to the compressor,
but no luck.Will it have power w/o working?

Also I found a plug near the accumlator with
these #'s
Outside of plug: E4EB 14A464 GA
Inside near plug in: E6AB 14489 CA

My accumlator doesn't have a plug in near as
I can see. Haynes shows it w/ plug.
