Good Or Not?

Just got a 1999 vt commodore about a month ago. The dealer was selling it for $19,000, and after a few talks with my dad, he got it pushed down to $12,000 with swapped tyres from any other car in the dealership of our choice and half a year rego, Or we could have gotten it for $13,000 with 4 brand new tyres. My dad said he'd buy it with the $13,000 deal if we got 1 year rego (instead of half a year) and a free tune-up. After a few talks with the manager the dealer gave it to us. Is that good or what? considering that its only done 77000k's and we also get a 3 year 175000km warranty!!! I'm more of a ford fan and could've gotten a 94' EL falcon with alloys, lowered suspension, spoiler and tuned engine, or a 99 AU falcon with similar specs to the commo but both falcons have gone over 100,000k's (130,000 for AU and 180,000 for EL) plus the AU didnt really look that good.
