My first BMW

Hi all ,
purchased my first BMW just yesterday, a red 1995 318 TDS . My only worry is the 130 K on the clock, are there any issues with high mileage TDS models, or is there anything I should through caution to .

I have been told that the timing chain's give no trouble ( please confirm !), and they are more or-less a sound investment .

Any advice/opions/suggestions greatly appreciated
