diff question

ok boys no laughing but im just trying to be careful, never pulled my diff out before and i really dont want to screw anything up. with that said, how do i actually get the diff out. ive pulled the axle-shafts, removed the retaining pin in the center of the LSD, and removed the bearing caps on either side of the diff. the thing is still in there pretty well and i need to know if there are any other retaining devices at work or if i just pull real hard...

haha i got mine out with a sledge hammer and a big peice of wood... you can wedge something in there... i also used a big breaker bar.... and hit on the end of the breaker bar.... you get what im sayin??
