i h8 my boss

i hate my boss so much ok.. i have a summer job at a go-karting place (peter pauls if ur from rome ny area) i worked 12 hours today just so i could have friday night off and see my girlfreind (thats the only night i can see her cuz of her parents) and then gess waht o alan can you work on friday thanx.. didn't even wait for my awnser i hate him so much.... i broke a go-karts axle and tie rod (when he wasn't looken) :evillol:and blamed some kid ha (its like 900 bucks all2gether cuz the axle is 500 ha and the tierods i broke where 200-250 ha):evillol: sorry had to get that off my chest and damn i hate him soo much..............................:banghead::bangh ead:

Well there's two ways to look at this.

First way: He is an actual prick and since he didn't consult you to begin with, make him miserable for choosing you instead of the person who should be doing their tour of duty.

Second way: Maybe you are the more reliable person and he knows that he can count on you to get shit done the right way.

It's all a matter of the way you look at things. While I understand that the only time that you have for you girlfriend is then, she will always be there if she really and truly loves you. So don't use the girlfriend excuse as a reason, you understand what I'm gettin' at?

It's really nice to see someone adamant about their partner, but, like I said, it seems like you really have nothing to worry about in that department.

If anything, maybe you should consider looking for some other line of work that will not interfere as much in your personal life. Evaluate your situation with respect to your responsibilities and your personal needs. It's good to be able to take your girlfriend out, can't really do that without a job, hopefully you understand.

In the end, you really need to balance everything, as impossible as it may seem.

Tell me, do you really care to be where you work at or is it just something to do?

I'm gland to see that you have an open mind. Not many folks do. I'm sure wifey will be understanding. In the meantime, without making it obvious, make your boss miserable. Keyword here is "not obvious". It wouldn't hurt to put a little pressure on coworkers and let them know where you stand. Shit, if you got to give up your time, then they have to pay back that time to you. Let them feel it since they are the ones causing your boss to make the decisions he is making.

phhhbt!!!! I gave up on sheep after spending a week in Sweden- those Elk's are far better! With an Elk you actually have to win it's trust, unlike sheep, they are the second easiest score in the world (First being Australian women ;))

If I remember correctly, you just lift the seat and follow the throttle cable to the governor. You can wedge a golf tee in there so it stays on full open. It'll backfire a bit, but you'll rock...
