Wire proximities

I just got my Del Sol today. First order of business was to replace the head unit AM/FM cassette.. done - thank god.
Second order of business is to run all the wires this weekend. I'm using a 4X200(RMS) amp to power four cab speakers...
I'm planning on running the power line down the side without the ECU.(Which side is the ECU on in a Del Sol anyway, driver or passenger?)
I'm also planning on running the 4-volt preamp RCA's (Three sets -> 4 channels + Sub.. Maybe eventually another set for 6X9's on top of everything else) down the center console.
My question is this, can I run the post-amp speaker wires back up the center console in close proximity to the 4-volt preamps without any interference? The RMS of each speaker will be 100 watts give or take depending on location, with the amp gain turned down appropriately (I don't like to push my amps to anywhere near their limits, so I get an overpowered one and turn it down - distortion sucks).
My other question has to do with the door speakers. If I run the power line down one of the sides, it will be in close proximity to the speaker wire for the door, (intersecting it once at about 6 inches distance, more or less at a 90 degree angle) will this cause any significant interference as well?
If you guys have any other suggestions or better setups, feel free to input. I've basically got under each plastic doorjam and the center console to choose from, with the ECU probably being close to one or the other side.
Thanks

the ECU in Hondas is always (as far as I know) in the passenger side footwell, against the firewall. Run the RCA wires down the center console, you can run the speaker wires down the center too - or down it's prospective side it will be wired too, doesn't matter.
