If i have an A4, would it be a bad idea to get a sc on my car? Should i get a torque converter? Thanks.

Are you kidding? Of course get the supercharger. But at the same time, take heed. While the horsepower increase will have you high as heck. It is a known fact that with that increase, you should replace some OEM parts, namely internals, to handle the newfound hp. Now some in here will say I'm crazy, they've got them in there cars and it's running fine. I know that. But, like everything else, a supercharger makes the engine work more, therefore, more wear than normal. Just keep that in mind. But what I'd give to be able to put a supercharger in my ride. They don't make 'em. Hope this gives you an idea.

There are lots of people with the Automatic/SC combo. But if you do get an SC, there are a few other things you might also want to get.

Tranny cooler (B&M or Hayden), Pep Boys and other automotive stores have these.
Valvebody modification (firmer quicker shifts for a longer lasting tranny. contact Don in Texas [email protected] )
Better brake pads, and larger rotors if you can afford them. (if you want to go fast, make sure you can stop as well. :) )

Suspension mods to keep you on the road....... well the list goes on, and on. I would start with the suspension mods, and work my way up to the SC.... but that's me.

Good luck, and welcome!
