Electrical Problem

ok so i have an alarm on my car and what it is is when you put the key in to turn it on you have to wait for a beeping sound then turn in on and if you try to without the sound you have to take the key out and wait for another different beeping sound (we'll call that sound a) so i went to my car comeing from a store and waited for the saound and then the car wouldnt start and sound a kept going off like every ten seconds or so then a really loud fan came on (not the normal one) and the car would not even make the sound it needs to make for you to be able to turn on the car so i opened the hood and closed it because nothing was on fire then like 5 mintues later waiting for the tow truck i tried to open it again and it was so hot i couldnt even keep my finger on the lever underneath the hood... anfter about 15 minutes (after i had taken EVERYTHING out becasue i thought is was going to blow) the fan slowing died off and when it stopped the car started right up and ran better than ever. then i turned on the lights and none of the lights on the heater gismo came on only the ones on my CD player (with isnt stock) then my brake light came on but i thought it was just the problem.....when i got home my father looked under the hood and i had little if any brake fluid and i keep randomly going out to see if it will start and it does but i dont know if i should drive it to the cape tomorrow.....please reply
