Making Brush guard...and tips??

does anyone have and advice or tips on how to make one?

ive seen that. Thats the technique i belive im going to use. I just wanted to hear other tips and techniques to see if there are better ones out there.

I made a brush guard for my Subaru Impreza Safari version and used the technique you see in that tutorial, works fine.
