When the vehicle is cold it won't start, but that is another issue altogether, but might help in diagnosing this other problem.
For some reason, as long as I drive it approx 10 miles or so and then go to the store or whereever etc, shutting it off letting it sit, it is fine. When I drive in traffic or run down the highway and slow down for exit ramp, it dies out and won't restart for at least 20 - 30 minutes.
Having just replaced a coil and ignition box on my ford van, i suspected a similiar problem and replacedthe coil pack on the caravan. Much to my dismay, i rode about 20 miles went to get off the highway and it died. Again another 20 - 30 minute wait for it to restart.
Anyone have any ideas?

You might want to have the fuel pressure checked, this may happen because of a faulty fuel pump, or filter. Just a thought though.

UPDATE
Now, after going somewhere close by, I can hit the key and after aprox 10 secs of cranking no start. Wait a sec and then try again and it starts. This happened twice last night.....
