Factory Manual on Ebay - anyone ever bought one?

Has anyone ever purchased one of these factory manuals from this guy on eBay?

I think those are the real Honda manual put on disk I have the real printed one and its good for 4 bucks though how can you lose?

I don't think/know if it was from that seller but my buddy bought one for his h22 and it was the whole thing, good deal.
