I have a lot of water building up in my passenger side foglight due to condensation. Anyone have idea on how to remove the lens cap without removing the whole foglight assembly?
Thanks! :)
Thanks! :)

I have the exact same problem on my '95. The lens is sealed to the reflector housing. I do not recommend attempting to remove it as you risk breaking either of the two pieces.
Interestingly, there is an entire thread posted earlier this year that touches on this matter - more specifically short fog-lamp longevity.
I have removed the entire lamp housing by dropping the lower plastic cowling from beneath the radiator (I think from earlier postings you are well aware of what I refer to here). You can then reach each of the two nuts that secure the lamp housing assembly to the bumper fascia. You can then try to dry it out with compressed air and/or leaving it open in the sun to evaporate.
Unfortunately for me the moisture has oxidized all of the chromium coating on the reflective portion of the housing. I have purchased a new set of fog lamps that I found on e-Bay earlier in the year. I got the set for about $40. I have not yet replaced the "bad" one (passenger side like you).
Good Luck
