'01 grd caravan, E-85 problems, codes 442,455

I used a tank of E-85 a couple months ago and have had problems ever since. check engine light came on, I clear it, changed spark plugs, still running rough, came back on. brought to shop, gave me codes 442, 455, found no vacuum leaks. i have 100,000 miles. any ideas??
