Timing Marks

I cant seem to find the timing marks on a 91 Caprice

Are they on top or bottom ????????

Usually on top hidden under an accessory :rolleyes:. . . they have a little eye piece that is used for a drop in timer and it's on the front of the timing cover as per usual - I just hate it when they're hid under everything!
