every time I take off or in between shifts and turns, a creaking sound comes from the front right wheel (passenger side). Does anyone have any idea what that is? Is it a motor mount or something to do with the suspension because the sound can be heard from out side and inside the car and its getting worst. I have about 46,000 miles, would that be covered by warranty?

Does it make the noise when the car is off and you push down on the side fender? or ONLY when you are driving?

You most likely have a torn motor mount and the squeaking is the rubber being compressed as the isolator bolt through the mount rocks back and forth on the rubber at stops. There are some options you can go through, but it's all a tradeoff. You can go to the stealership and have them replace the mounts or buy them and replace them your self. You can also make your own mounts out of polyurethane and decide which durometer level of hardness you require. Or you can find an aftermarket supplier of mounts. Unfortunately Energy Suspension only has the mounts for the front. If anything, try deyeme racing. These are the mounts I have in my car. I did all four and love the setup. No more wheel hop, less lurching between gears and best of all, no more squeaking. You may not want to get these if you don't like to 'feel' your car as much as drive it. It will transmit more of the engine vibration to the chasis, but I personally like to feel a connection to my car. If I wanted a soft cushy ride, I would just drive my S500.
